Is There a Data Cap?
- Yes. Cox has a Data Limit for Internet service subscribers
- Internet Preferred has a data limit of 1024 GB (1TB)
- Cox Cable doesn't charge customers for excess data usage. If customer exceeds their plan's data limit for three months in a row, Cox will contact the customer to discuss data plan upgrade options. If the customer doesn't upgrade, Cox may throttle or cancel Internet service until the customer contacts them to upgrade their service.
Can I Use My Own Equipment?
