Data Usage

  • Zoom III Internet includes 2 TB of monthly data. (Data allowances increase when bundling TV and/or phone services)
  • If you use more data, your internet service will not be interrupted. Additional data useage will be charged for and will never be more than $200 during any statement period for exceeding allocation.
  • More data add-ons are available. 100 GB added in advance of use is $15/month. 250 GB added in advance of use is $35/month. Unlimited data paid in advance is $50/month (When not added in advance, the pricing is higher)
  • If you rarely exceed your allowance and these options don’t work for you, simply pay as you go.

Can I use my own modem ?

  • The use of your own modem is not possible due to technological configuration at this time.
